Rooms To Go (Headquarters)

Update: the only resolution I have received is I finally got my TV.
After going back and forth with Rooms To Go and Best Buy, I did in fact receive and had to pick up my TV from the nearest Best Buy store. I was told I would receive a good faith customer service gesture gift card of $75 within 4 to 8 weeks due to the bad customer service but never received that and its been over two months. I wasn't looking for any reward but if you say I will receive a gift card, that should have been sent. Lesson learned not to do business with Rooms to Go in the future.

He should be fired. You don't talk to customers the way he talked to me and he should not have gotten in my face like he did
The manager at RTG in Mobile AL #603 got in my face (one foot away) and stared me down. I took his action as a threat and he's lucky I didn't call the police on him. Details too long for here., I have forwarded a letter with all the details to the corporate office. He should be fired. You don't talk to customers the way he talked to me and he should not have gotten in my face like he did. I'm elderly and I felt intimidated by his threatening behavior. He needs to be held accountable. What do I think will happen? Nothing. I doubt the associate that was working with me will speak up against his boss, but I put the date and time (in my letter), that it happened. I'm sure they have cameras in that location of the store.
