Ravi S. Bakshi of "Rx Credit Doctors" promised to negotiate on my behalf with collections companies I owed, promising to get my credit up to at least 680, what I need to be able to buy a house. I send payments and then a lump sum. I gave him access to my Experian and Credit Karma. This began around January 2021 when I paid him $3800 in total, and then an additional $750 in March/April of 2021 for a new item on my credit. He did nothing other than dispute. I called the collections and they have no record of him calling, paying or negotiating to get the items paid as promised. When I asked him he said I had to wait due to Covid, but collections stated Covid had no impact on them as they were deemed essential, same for the credit bureaus. He refused to provide receipts of what he claims to have paid on my behalf, he refused to issue a refund, and now is refusing to repair my credit. I performed a google search on his name and found that he was found guilty of Grand Theft and Identity fraud in 2014 by the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, in which he had to pay over $12k restitution and "not participate in any business involving financial debt consulting or credit repair services". I want a full refund and for him to be charged criminally and civilly. Resolution Sought FULL REFUND $4550
