Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation LLC

Very professional, no hidden costs and they did what they said they would do.
I contacted Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation on June 4, 2019 when we realised Diamond Resorts Timeshare had conned us into upgrading out membership when all we wanted to do was sell our timeshare. I also contacted 2-3 other companies but found Sapphire to come across as being most upfront with their information when I spoke with Tom Heehler on the phone. Also Sapphire offered a fixed price that was reasonable to work for us to release us from our Diamond Resorts Timeshare in 12 months time. To assure us that they would have us released within 12 months, Sapphire offered as part of the contract to work for us for an extra 12 months for no further cost if it took longer than 12 months. This really showed me they were upfront and would not come back asking for more money. Tom also made sure that any legitimate timeshare company would send you their contract before you sign up which is what Sapphire does. Then you know exactly what you are signing up for.
Once we had decided to go ahead with Sapphire, they were very timely in proceeding and Tom had Mark Anderson then take overour account. Mark is with Credit Management so he then makes sure your credit is protected during the process so Diamond Resorts would not be able to wreck my credit for not paying management and contract fees. This credit protection company is Trade Guardian. He also assured me that they have lawyers on board to take care of any necessary lawyer. So on June 28, 2019 we decided to become clients of Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation so we didn't have to pay any further fees on July 1st.
Once we had paid our upfront money and signed our contract with Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation, Jennifer Reno contacted us immediately on June 28th. She then sent us our welcome pack with New Client Orientation, Timeshare Survey and Limited Power of Attorney. All this information is very helpful so you know exactly how things are going to happen. The Timeshare Survey is so important to fill out in detail because this is the information Jennifer uses to be to write letters to your timeshare company on your behalf. It's also important for them to have exact information on how your timeshare company has deceived you which is what gives them the necessary information to release you from your contract. Any emails or phone calls I received from Diamond Resorts I passed on the information right away to Jennifer and she would communicate in writing with Diamond Resorts on our behalf right away. Jennifer always would stay in contact and be open for any questions. She also mentioned Diamond Resorts being a large timeshare company would extend the process as long as possible. I trusted their process and did exactly as they told me.
So on May 31, 2020 we were released from our Diamond Resorts. This is 11 months from when Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation started working for us. I would highly recommend Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation if you are looking to get released from a timeshare contract. Sheila

Great job !!!
My experience with Sapphire Timeshare Cancellation was excellent! They answered all my questions in a timely manner and got me out of my contract with Wyndham resort. It took me 6 months to got me out from this contract May be because of COVID-19 but they did very Great job. Thank you Sapphhire timeshare!!
