Sublime Experience

For a few years my broken iphone remained in a drawer and it not knowing if it would ever be possible to have hundreds of photos from family events and vacations, all holding immense sentimental value retrieved weighed on me heavily when I would dwell on it. From the moment I spoke with Chris I felt at ease and pretty confident things were going to turn out alright. Mr. McMacken had very solid "bedside manner" while speaking to me which meant a great deal being that I was extremely nervous and anxious about this move to recover my photos. At no point did I feel like I was just a random client he answered all my questions and had an air of patience that was refreshing for the tech service industry.
