So I ordered an Explorer R1 Rangemaster bag about the end of April. It went through the processing, but was never shipped. Called the company up and spoke with a guy who calls himself Scott. He tells me the bag is on it's way. Bag never arrives because bag was never shipped. Then he tells me in another conversation, that they never charged me for the bag...that information was correct. I looked back into my account, and though it was processing, they never took the money. He now tells me they are waiting for the bags to come, and I will receive a great deal for the wait and inconvenience...nothing! No emails, no calls, in fact I just called about an hour ago, left a voicemail, no call back. I missed out on other deals, waiting for Scott and Security Pro USA to come through, and I got nothing! As a consumer, I hate it when a company strings you along, and doesn't come clean. I realize issues arise, but this is ridiculous! I would've been okay if you just reached out to me and let me know you haven't forgot about me, but you never did! Lousy customer service, lousy company!
