On 11-25-2022 I bought a Stackable washer and dryer Online from the Business named Appliances 215 S. Main St. Santa Ana, CA. 92701. Ph.# 714 574-2680 or 714 574-2779. On 11-25-2022 the delivery driver showed up late at 6:30pm. Hooked up the stackable and left, The next day I tried to wash a load of clothes and on the rinse cycle washer started violently shaking and water flooded my kitchen floor, So I called Appliances told them about the broken stackable they sold me, they said they would send a tech out, they never did and after about a week they (Appliances) stopped answering my calls. So I put the Stackable in my Truck and Drove from San Diego, CA. To Santa Ana, CA. Dropped it off with the Owner of Appliances Son, Bryan. Approximately a week and a half later they delivered me a Stackable, my Spouse was at home, She said he just dropped it off and said it only washes on normal and left without hooking the Stackable up, So I paid an Appliance repairman to hook it up, But when I tried wash a load it didn't work, So I called a washer repairman again paid a $79.00 service fee for EG Appliances repair 619 850-5999 To tell me the Control panel is burned out. I want my $750 for stackable + $79.00 for Service fee. Resolution Sought $750.00 returned for washer & $79.00 for service fee a Total of $829.00
