Great company

I just got my system installed and they did a wonderful job by showing me how to use it, and it was all wireless. I can even use my iPhone to turn it on and off. Pretty neat! Install was quick and easy.

System does not work

Service does not work and their techs do not have the knowledge to set up system. You will basically pay for the 5 year contract but have not working system. You cannot get out of the contract even though they are not giving you a working system.

We have had 2 service calls, to no avail and a handful of excuses. My suggestion is stay far away from this company. They do not backup what they promise. Giving 1 star is being over generious.
