I was told about this place from a friend. Said that Ana does such a great job and gets you the most out of your tax refunds.so i made an appoitment and went in. Ana did everything so fast. i sat down at her desk she entered numbers had me sign and that was that. She was unable to print out some paper work because her system was down. but i was told she would have it ready when she had my check. i was suppose to get a check from her 7 day later. after the 7 days i would call to see if it was ready. i would give her my name and she would just say it was not there and check back the next day. this went on for about a week. 2 weeks later her receptionist called saying that some of my info was wrong and she needed to submit again but she needed more info from me. I went in and she tells me "because we tried to submit your tax returns several times i am afraid that it will come back to me again and you might get audited. i will try again, if dosent go through i will call the IRS and find out what went wrong." i trusted her and said that was ok. she calls me back the following week saying that i didnt qualify for rapid check and that a check will be mailed out to me. WTH??? above it all this lady is VERY Rude! she has no phone manners. you can tell she gets fed up with people constantly calling her everyday. Not only did she entered my info wrong she blamed me for it. Lady i didnt read the info to you. i handed you my paper work and you did the rest. i hated the fact that she kept saying "you entered the wrong info" when the heck did i do that? i will never go back to this place. I dont recommend to anyone. I honestly dont think she knows what she is doing. If it was possible i will give this place NO STARS!!
