Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Simply Solar went above and beyond to do a great job

M. Bradbury and Simply Solar were excellent from start to finish. They really thought about the details and difficulties of the installation, came up with a great solution and put it into effect quickly and professionally. They turned up when they said they would, and kept us informed of all developments. We are now generating about a megawatt a month during the warm months and about 700 a month the rest. That is more than enough to cover what we use from LADWP, and our new high efficiency heat-pump mini-split HVAC system now costs us nothing to run. I am looking forward to getting battery backups and buying an electric car to lower my costs even further. I call this how to retire with little care.
