Every time me and my family go here to eat the owner comes up with random charges to add on to our bill.

Every time me and my family go here to eat the owner comes up with random charges to add on to our bill. The owner is very rude not sure if it's a race thing with my family being mixed races or what. He won't allow me or my family to get a buffet to go but allows any other customer that's comes and asked for it. And while I was eating there a baby roach ran across our table. Treat all customers the same. Charge the same prices for everyone, stop trying to add extra charges to our bill, and get rid of the roaches.
