Yesterday I had the pleasure of purchasing Home Owners Insurance from your company,

Yesterday I had the pleasure of purchasing Home Owners Insurance from your company, through a remarkable agent named Ronnie.
I feel like Ronnie should be recognized as the exemplary employee he is. As this young man has a terrific personality, that lends itself well to helping people such as myself, to avoid the confusion and anxiety that sometimes can accompany the purchase of insurance.
Ronnie made me feel so relaxed and welcome, that I wanted to purchase additional insurance, just to enjoy more of the experience, even though I really don't have need of more right at this moment. I most certainly will call back for more insurance as my need arises. And I assure you I will be insistent on dealing only with Ronnie at that time! Further, I'm sure you can guess that I will be recommending your Company, and especially, Ronnie to my friends, and anyone I hear of needing insurance of any kind.
It's been a long time since I've had such a pleasurable experience...something that has been lost in America for decades now. Ronnie is bringing that back!
Just a suggestion... raise his pay!
I promise you don't want this one to end up working for your competition! Employees such as him are few and far between!

Skyblue insurance has now lost a customer. There is no way I'm going to pay someone to be rude and disrespectful to me.

Every time I call Evelyn who answers the phone is rude! I've spoke to Dennis the supervisor about it , it's gotten worse ! Skyblue insurance has now lost a customer. There is no way I'm going to pay someone to be rude and disrespectful to me. that's a negative. They continue over and over to mess up my payment. They NEVER call me back! Fire Evelyn, And hire someone who has customer service skills. Most companies want to keep their customers, not loose them. a good way to go out of business.

When the customer called into our customer service call center, she asked to speak to a supervisor and then apparently became agitated when our employee at the front desk asked for her name. Our team reached out and spoke to customer and apologized for what the client felt was a rude exchange with a front desk operator. The issue has been resolved and we have marked this as resolved.
