Ignition interlock program their devices are problematic causing several unnecessary fees I was doing $75 for not making the payment on time at when she had called to make a payment but was unable to make a payment due today wasn't able to take a payment at the time had to wait something came up I was unable to make said payment for another week at winch I was billed an additional 75.00 this isn't the first time also the time consuming processed of disputing fees I don't have time for Resolution Sought Evaluate there customer service procedures Upgrade their devices so they're not causing an issue with the operator get rid of the incurring unnecessary fees

I have been using this company for almost a year and they are robbing people. I have proof of my being locked out of my car due to their system freezing, and they still reported me for a violation. I sat on hold for over four hours waiting for someone to speak with. Today, I'm currently waiting over three hours for a guaranteed "90 minute callback" It is absolutely impossible to speak to a human. I will be getting a lawyer and seeking compensation. Resolution Sought I want all the fees that I didn't deserve o have due to their faulty system, to b removed . I want them to remove the violations that they hey can clearly see we're not my fault, removed. What they are doing is ILLEGAL.
