Unauthorized overcharge on account

I was overcharged on a service plan when I called to make my payment. The rep charged me $51.03 extra for a service plan which my lease payment already contains a service plan for the month. They refuse to give me my refund for their mistake. This was 2 weeks ago. The issue was escalated but the escalation has not been looked at to date. Many phone calls later still no results. I’m sure I’m not the only person they do this to. The fact they don’t want to refund the unauthorized overcharge tells me they do this to a lot of customers. I will most certainly never use nor recommend this company again.
