bad place to store

Smart Stop took over an Extra Space Storage location - I had paid my October rent, and they tried to charge me AGAIN for the rent for the last two days of the month. My rental through Extra Space was excellent - great customer service, but this company - they were rude and would not take off the extra charges from my account. Their excuse for charging me for the last two days was that rents are charged on a 30 day month and since I paid my October rent early (on 9/30), I had to pay AGAIN for the last two days of the month - I am being penalized for paying my October rent early!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not rent at this storage. I'm moving my belongings out of there ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Renter beware!!!
