terrible service

Phil is a hustler. He claims to have been in the industry for 20 plus years and guarantees his work. Unfortunately his work is sub par, meaning there's bubbles, bad cuts etc when he does his work.He only wants cash and now I know why as you cant dispute it if the work is terrible.

He guaranteed his work and I called him immediately after I noticed the 1000's of bubbles in his work. 2 days after. he said he would come back but has not returned any of my phone calls or texts.

Great salesman, terrible service as he does not guarantee his work
