Awful company. Poor quality jewellery and terrible customer service

I bought a very expensive ring on Royal Caribbean's Explorer or the Seas. At the time of deposit I was told I was buying a blue diamond ring. At time of purchase I was told it was sapphire. They apologized for the mistake and explained the price meant it could not possibly be blue diamond. Since buying the ring three of the sapphire stones have fallen out. They made me get a local repair and refuse to refund the price of the repair despite being under their lifetime guarantee. Shocking quality of Jewellery and customer care. I'm now let with a worthless ring or I pay £100 each time another stone falls out.

DO NOT BUY! Facts Below - Value Rip-Off AND Bait & Switch

Elba Jewelry / Sophia Fiori Review Preface: The facts outline the issues with the purchase as well as the misrepresented quality of the ring purchased. Please note that Sophia Fiori was notified of the complaint on September 29, 2021 and was advised that if a suitable resolution to the complaint was not in place by October 4, 2021, the complaint would be voiced to the public via social media outlets. The posting of this information indicates no timely participation by Sophia Fiori in resolving this complaint. Value Rip-Off FACTS: 1. We purchased a Sophia Fiori Blue Diamond ring (Style #R13858, SKU #1577130) on a Norwegian Cruise on 3/6/2020 for the price of $10,000 2. The price was listed at over $20,000 3. We discussed the purchase for most of the cruise with your employee and "Diamond Specialist" Armando Alfie who assured us that the value we were getting from this ring was outstanding 4. On September 28th we had the ring appraised by a qualified appraiser for purposes of adding it to our insurance 5. The appraisal came back with a value of $6,730 6. The appraiser was unable to appraise the ring for the purchase price based on its composition, so they went to your website to make sure they were comparing apples to apples and found: 1. The Sophia Fiori website is selling the EXACT SAME RING Styel and SKU identical) at $6,730. 2. To add insult to injury, the appraiser called Sophia Fiori and were given a 10% off coupon for additional savings Bait and Switch FACTS: 1. When we were shown the ring on the ship the center stone was 1.2ct (just as it states on the Sophia Fiori website). 2. The appraiser determined the center diamond to be 1.01ct which is stated on the appraisal certificate 3. Sophia Fiori made the "bait & switch" with our ring. So, not only were we deceived on value, but the ring is not what it was advertised to be at the time of the sale, nor what it is shown to be on the Sophia Fiori website.
