For over a year Heap and myself have been trying to get me out the Amp program so they can help me with my utilities. We talk to numerous representatives and supervisors. I call their corporate office called the corporate office and what we was trying to asking Edison to do so heap can help with the bill corporate office did within an hour... Now since it has took them so long to take me out the Amp program ..Now heap doesn't have the resources to help me anymore because it took them so long. Now they want me to pay 183.00 for 24 month on top of my regular bill....I am disabled I only get 1100 a month im one 24hr oxygen and had medication that needs to be refrigerated. So now they ate threatening to shut of my power...Due to their error, not mine Resolution Sought I would like them to remove that pass due balance of 5082 dollars because if they had done there part over a year ago Heap would have paid the bill....But now the funding is not available to help me

They set my account to pay annually. Because I used to have solar panels but I don't have them anymore, and they don't want to put my account to pay each month.
