Misrepresentation of home!!

I waited a long time to write this because I felt well I didn't notice the mistakes on final inspection SO it's my fault right? NO a company should not have to hold their breath in hopes your too inexperienced to notice problems and you'll sign without obstacle. I'm told it's the builders fault as some people get good houses....let that sink in we both paid 200T+ but I may get a faulty house and you'll get a regular house? Our house: flooded first night due to guest bathroom malfunction. Caulking came off of EVERY surface within 1 yr after 1st year and warranty gone started having MINOR ac issues. Noticed closet door top has a piece of wood WEDGED in it rigged up so it'll be straight...not to mention when it was built they had to knock walls BACK OUT because they sized them wrong...closet walls on the bottom are so thin and poorly done they look 20yrs old and VERY uneven. Electrical problems in year 2 I'm told the water heater part is cheap so our water out here smells like rotten eggs. I asked when we were shopping if our back yard would be like the model homes I was told yes we move in and out whole back yard is septic tank. NO POOL, NO SHED, NO SWING SET, can't EVER oh and we got a septic pump also so more money out of our pockets when it needs repaired NO ONE MENTIONED IT TO US WE HAD NO CLUE UNTIL AFTER WE SIGNED! I HATE MY HOUSE! I HATE IT HERE OUR HOA IS RUN BY NEIGHBORS ITS A JOKE RULES FOR SOME BUT NOT THEIR BUDDIES. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PURCHASE SUCKS! BEWARE.
