Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. My new cell phone, $1100, I purchased a Protective cover for it, (amazonChoice) I am a senior citizen who takes care of her of her possessions. This cell phone cover didn't even last three days, before it shattered my new cell phone. This never should have happened, and because it was an Amazon choice, I thought that would be enough for me. Amazon has always been fair and why they made this particular cell phone cover their choice is beyond me. I am devastated that my new cell phone is cracked. Why would A company like SPECKS, even sell such a cover and why would AMAZON make it their choice! I don't even remember dropping the phone! Of course SPECKS has a warrantee but not for the phone… The cover Did not shatter, I guess my phone protected it! Resolution Sought I would like the outcome to be for SPECKS/AMAZON to repair my phone or replace it. They sold very very inferior product that did not protect my phone. I've been using a cell phone for the past 10 years and I have never ever cracked one.
