I signed up for 5 keyword advertising with SPN search on April 26th 2021 through an agent whose name is Kelly Lucas- Segment Representative, Strategic Placement Systems; 844 244 9533, extension 743 A check in the amount of $899 ( check number 1118) was written by TheraLIfe and mailed to Robert Sexton - on April 26. Check has been cashed. To date, no account has been set up and no one from SPN has contacted me. I have sent numerous inquiries through Kelly Lucas, made phone calls to SPN Search at 714-421-3838 with no result. Resolution Sought Refund of $899. Stop SPN fraud practices to other businesses.

I've sent it to you twice, and will do so again. This is why I asked you if you had an alternate email address when you signed up, so as to avoid emails being caught in a spam trap. It does bear noting that I sent a screencap of said email to the BCA, and did specifically ask them to forward it to you. As for no response from me, I do work a second job and I logically assumed that you'd respond to the emails I sent you as well as the email NetGuard sent you.
