They are not capable of servicing customers in a business manner.
Star Nails 7, a business that is rude and nasty to customers who spend their money. I went to be serviced today. I was hurt by one of the employees there and began to bleed. The employee servicing me ignored me and began speaking to his manager in their foreign language. As I sat there in pain tearing up I began to walk over to the manager (Linda) to show what had happened she continued to say it's not bleeding and I'm not hurt. I returned back to the employee servicing me and he got up and walked away. I was left sitting there feeling like it was my fault. I am a customer who only went to spend my money in which I make a honest living everyday. I am a diabetic in which I told the employee servicing me in the beginning and I was still foully treated. I was not compensated in any way until the manager (Linda) had finished servicing her client (whom was in her chair the entire time the dispute occurred) and my mom had to say something on my behalf. When the manager noticed who my mom was (one of her favorite clients who's been going there for over 5yrs) only then did she (Linda) began to seem concerned. She walked over to me and began rubbing my back and asking me if I wanted to soak my nails off. I was confused how I would be able to soak my now cut nail in acetone, so I declined. I proceeded to walk out to sit in my moms car to wait on her while getting her nails finished. I was very saddened with how I was treated and serviced, will not be back or recommend to anyone.

Teach Their Employees how to Respect the Customer.
This Business is located on Meyers and Mcnichols,it's a nail shop, and the Nail techs are Korean, They are Very DISRESPECTFUL, The way the owner allows the Male employees to talk to women customers. On one occasion out many, a Male employee's jumped at me in a negative manner, that I felt threatened, my last visit I had to go back 3 times on Friday in 1 day for them to correct my lashes,and still end up going back Monday because the lash came off completely, and I gave them the chance to fix it, but they still didn't get it right. I'm asking for them to return my 20$, back but the owner wasn't There so I couldn't get anything. Today is 9/92019 I'm going back when I think the owner is in.the way they treat their patrons is unexceptional especially when we're all African American.
