Still Waiting for Refund - Order #5250454-1

Ordered several items, all arrived but one - order slip stated it was "delayed". I requested a refund for that item back to my bank acct. I e-mailed cust. svc., but no response. Sent SECOND e-mail request, Starcrest responded they "received the request" - but nothing re: resolving the issue. Called cust. svc.-on hold for over 35 minutes-no response. Time frame: Ordered 5/11/20 - today is 7/28/20. Will now be forced to contact their Corporate office for possible results or chalk up the loss (??) Situation left bad taste in my mouth. Too bad, I was a regular customer. No longer want to do business.
