I am submitting a File of Complaint against the unfairness, discrimination and unreasonable practices of Startengine Crowdfunding Inc. done towards me as a person and as a customer. If a bank can not verify my identity after all required information which I had superseded them with. Then I do not know what else to do. Am I being discriminated because I have submitted "ample" of two Bermudian banks statements and Australian approved share holding statement and certificate and EIN # US Government / IRS issued letter and Escrow verified account and more. I want an apology and I urge the investment process to proceed. The bank should be ashamed of themselves and verify me and complete my "Epilog" investment. I truly believe if I was someone else of a different skin color I would not be treated like this? Resolution Sought I want my submission to be successfully approved and become an investor of Epilog, new startup.
