Better managers who are more respectful and who don't discriminate. We want a sincere apology

My husband went to the store early this morning and the manager was being really rude and refused him service cause he was short a few cents. Someone offered to help with the few cents and she said she would refuse them service to. She called him stupid a belittled him in front of customers. He is autistic and he feels discriminated against.
