Bank wire deposit lost

They received the money via bank wire a week ago and I'm waiting. I shouldn't complain after reading the review below as it seems it could take weeks. And yes, I confirmed with my bank and had them confirm that I sent it to the right routing number, etc., no issues there. I've been told by many support people that the turn around for a bank wire is 1 to 2 days. Here we are on day six and all they can tell me is that they are waiting to hear back from "their bank," which somehow dropped the ball. As this is a smaller financial organization, they get to pass the buck to third parties (bank and custodian) that we can't contact directly. As for support, they're very polite, but there's no one dedicated to your ticket so every time you call you speak to a different person and have to explain the entire situation from the beginning. They say all the right things and promise to follow up. But these people are taking call after call day long and there doesn't seem to be a team to escalate to. So, I'll just wait and hope. Thankfully, it was just $1000 and not $200K. I won't be doing that now.
