Poor customer service!!!

I want to subway and the employee Alyssa was rude and mean to me and gave me the wrong sandwich. She put the wrong veggies on there I asked to heat it and toast it and he only heated it and plus I waited for 15 mins until she took my order. Then she said that we don't have that kind of bread right now and I saw it there and she was very rude to me. Talk to her or fired her or when I come in have the other employee take my order every time I come in she always rude to me.
