I can't believe this company is still ALLOWED to be in business. They start our lying and stealing money and, at this point, they're just ignoring our attempts to settle this dispute. They are horrible. Resolution Sought We did just want a parting of ways. Now we want all our money back. They are horrible.

Me and my girlfriend had a free stay at The Cliffs resort in Branson provided we went to their presentation to buy into them. While we were down there we were going to go to silver dollar city also. So while we were down there we went to walmart to get some things and these people were offering discounted tickets to silver dollar city All we had to do was go to their presentation. We went and after a lot of pressure we bought into them (Capital Vacations). The salesperson, Riley, said we didn't have to go to The Cliffs presentation cause we bought into theirs. She also said they would pay whatever fees they charged us for our stay and match their gifting. They matched the gifting but after we got back home from vacation I got n email from The Cliffs saying were going to charge me $598 for our stay there cause we didn't go to their presentation. So I get ahold of Riley about it and she says they will take care of it, they never did. Now I can't ever get ahold of her, Resolution Sought I would like to just get out of the whole deal since they are being like that. I would be fine with just forgetting about the $598 dollars and I will pay the down payment they charged me if they will just let me out of the deal
