I have tried to contact SunTec regarding an issue. They have not responded back to me. They don't answer their phones neither do they respond back to voicemails. SunTec is responsible for a year worth of payments to me for getting solar through them. I have not received anything from them. They owe me $2,206.20. Resolution Sought To pay me what's due to me.

I don’t feel like they are being honest with their response. I say this because it has taken them all this time to respond. I had been sent them documentation way back in February or March. By them calling me after I had filed this complaint is evidence that they feel they have solved this issue. It will not be solved until I see my rebate.

I am a Realtor and last year referred three different clients. Karl Edwards, Elizabeth Watain, and Yolonda Hale. One was a verified referral for Yolonda Hale for $35 and for Karl Edwards which was a funded referral for $1030. I still haven't received my check for the amount of $1070.00. These referrals were sent in April 2022. Resolution Sought I would like to receive my $1070 referral check for my home. My name is Waleska Reyes Jesner. My phone number is 321-310-2401. It is our understanding that it is unethical to receive these types of payments for real estate professionals, and could result in the loss of their license. We verified this with several of our acquaintances that are real estate professionals, and several that turned down our offer of this program.

I appreciate the clarity. Been know to this business I can see how this is consider a kick back. Sun Tech should trained their employees. For my understanding the Tech at your company was working with other Realtor and told me about the referral program knowing that I was a new Realtor. Thank you for the update.
