I purchased a solar system from them with a 25 year warranty. It has not worked since June of 2023. I have been given the run around at first stating it was the power companies need for repair. Then when I was finally told it was the solar company. They did not come to service it until October, had to order a part. Also had scheduled the appt for one day and did not show up until the next day, causing me to miss work. It took until feb to come back with the part and still wasnt fixed, needed another part. They came back 2 weeks later, to tell me they needed another part and I have not heard from them about coming back. I spent a lot of money on this system and have had to pay outrageous electric bills on top of the loan payment. Extremely poor customer service. I am out of power now and I wouldn't be if this was working as I have battery storage. Resolution Sought To have my solar system back up and running as soon as possible.

The gats program for state of nj has informed me that my solar system was placed on Feb 2023 and turned on may 18 2023 however Sunnova has been billed me since January which is incorrect and they will not reimburse me for the months I paid. Resolution Sought Send me a check
