Qty(2) 150cc Scooters

I was very pleased with Liz she guided me through the whole process, I received 2 150cc scooters had to make a few adjustments but overall great scooters I was surprised considering the price. I will definetly do business with Liz again in the future.

Worst customer service ever

I have never received such terrible customer service in my entire life. I ordered a Moped for my husband on May 30. Was told that it would get to me in 4 days and that I would get an email with the shipping info. June 3rd I had not received the email with shipping instructions so I called Sunny Sports to find out what was wrong. At that time, I was told that it takes 4 days to process my order not ship the order to me, and that the order had not been processed yet but if I called back in a few hours I would get a tracking number. I called back later that same day, and was told that my order had in fact shipped and that the system with the tracking numbers was down. I called on 6/5 to find out what the tracking number was and was told that the Moped had not shipped and was scheduled to ship later in the week and that I would have it the following Monday or Tuesday (6/10 or 6/11). I never received a call to set up a delivery so by Monday 6/10, I called again to find out that allegedly the item had shipped but had been returned because it was damaged and that a new one was being shipped to me. On 6/11 I received a call saying that my Moped had shipped and that I should get it Monday or Tuesday 6/17 or 6/18. I received the Moped - basically dumped in a huge metal crate on my driveway, and it is a color that I did not ask for and a color that is not even shown on the website and to top it off it is damaged and missing and missing a hand grip (and has scratches on it.) I called to discuss this and was told that I should call back because both the Manager and the Customer Service Manager were out. Never asked to take my number and have them call me...tells me I should call back. This organization is a complete rip off...and should be avoided at all costs. I think there is a scam going on and I plan to investigate the information to determine how old the unit I received is as I suspect it is so old that all the seals are trashed.

In response to this review, where the customer states that we promised a 4 day delivery time, this is untrue, we are not able to provide 4 day delivery times to anyone. Depending on the order it can take up to 4-7 business days processing time to process the documents that the customer requires in order to ship out the merchandise, before the item even leaves our facility. If the customer ordered full assembly on the unit we have to remove the merchandise and assemble the unit for them, and then re-inspect the merchandise and package it once again for shipping to the customer through an outside shipping company. We are the distributor of the merchandise and not the company making the units, so we have to inspect every unit that goes out and prepare them shipping which does take some time. These are motor vehicles not toys or small items, they are 400 lbs freights or more and require some time in order to ship them out. Also in response to the review it states that we made the customer aware that if there was an issue or something wrong with the item and we catch it before it gets shipped to the customer we resolve the issue right there, and send out another one which we did in this case, per the customer's agreement, nothing gets shipped out unless we have had permission and agreement of the customer. The customer is also made aware that they reserve the right to inspect the shipment, before delivery because they have to sign for the freight. The shipping company will not just drop off the units at a customers location unless instructed to do so by the customer or the receiving party. The customer also reserves the right to inspect the shipment and refuse it depending on the damage per their terms and conditions of their contract that the customer must read review and agree to before any order is processed. We make sure that everything we do the customer has agreed to or a representative of the customer has agreed to and so does the shipping company. As far as not being able to talk to someone, this is also untrue, the customer has several ways of communicating with our company through emails, phone calls, chat online with a live representative. I suggest that every customer read and review the customer service link and ensure that they are aware of what they can and can't do. We do our best to address every customers concern in a timely manner when the proper steps and procedures are followed.
