Hire respectful employees
Its a employee she very nasty with the customers and the owner knows it. She says racists words to black customer so many people complained to the owner he just acts like he don't care he doesn't say nothing to her.

Poor customer service!
On 9/25/19, at 10:28am I went to purchase an alcoholic beverage someone before had went to the store without an ID. Once got to register to pay for my items, she refused to sell me my items. Proceeded to tell me that she would get me barred from the store and called James city county police on me as I was writing this complaint. Contact the owner and inform him that his employee harassed a customer in the parking lot and proceeded to take picture of my vehicle for god knows what.
