They have illegal gambling going on!

They have illegal gambling going on! They take people's money and don't pay them like they are supposed to! They are not an internet cafe; they are gambling. It's all illegal. They have the lowest people hanging out and around the building and it's ruining our community and bringing more trouble into our neighborhood.
