Credit card closed, no late payment. I just received a email saying they close my guitar center credit card account. No late payment and I made 2 payment before promotion was over trying to pay card off faster. Today by shock I get email for me to read letter and they was closing my account. I was shocked, I've paid the account last year in 2 months and then use it for items for church and then they drop my credit limit after I just purchase items and then promotional offer is over they close my account. Terrible leadership, never had that problem with chase or Amex I've been with them for 14 years. I will also file a complaint with attorney general. Resolution Sought Fix my account and reopen it or legal will get involved.

I had a few credit cards with them, never late. The three credit bureaus can back that up. One of my accounts that Synchrony handles Verizon, Synchrony cut the credit line from $2,500 down to $130, and said that I had late payments, I was never late at all. Upon contacting them they felt it was justified. I beg to differ, they sent me 14 pages of proven lies. They even said they closed all nine accounts, a big lie. I know there is a recording of the call, they even said that I have delinquent or Derogatory Real Estate Secured Loan another lie. Again I closed all nine account's myself. This bank must be investigated and fined. Resolution Sought Stop telling lies and only tell the truth. This sorry ass bank will need me before I would need them. I have over 300k in proven assets with a big boy bank. They wish to treat me terribly, which is acceptable.
