That is no way of treating customers and would like to let the state know of this issue, I'm sure we are not the only ones that has this issue

I'm the owner of the vehicle that was towed by this company, and we came to pick it up with all paperwork and the owner was rude offensive and call idiots and threw us out of his office with no explanation and did not wanted to release the vehicle.
