Customer Complaint


I called t-mobile about my bill and some other issues I was having. One of there reps was supposed to call me back about the payment arrangements to hat was made since I had paid them 200.00 towards my account. They never called back about the payment then they took an additional $279.00 out of my account. . Resolution Sought I want tmobile to issue me my 200.00 into my account. I want a few more things for my inconvenience and their negligence in handing my account. I'm tired of their dead promises and their unprofessional customer service. I want my phone unlocked bc of their lies.

I have been a long time loyal customer. Even talked my husband into leaving Verizon. We were in the store around August 2020. I spoke with the store Manager. I was having issues. He was a TMobile Manager and even agreed with me that I should go to Verizon. So I canceled my account. At that time, he advised what my final bill would be. Around 300.00-500.00. Then I get a bill for almost 1400.00. I called and have spoken to numerous agents. I was lied to by Management, spoken to many reps, and at this point would like my account written off. I technically had been with Sprint since they were Nextel. I get transferred everywhere, no one can find my account, I've asked for Corporate for these issues. And I refuse to go back to the store. My husband was with in the store and on the multiple calls made to Sprint. Due to my loyalty, the lies, lack of customer service, etc. I feel they should write the remaining balance off. Resolution Sought Write off the remaining balance as a Goodwill gesture.
