I was led to believe they were going to help me and they just took my money and did nothing i was railroaded by the franchise tax board and now i had to pay 28000.00. I was ripped off and i am suing them. Resolution Sought Refund my money.

I am complaining about a lack of customer service. I got a call from Jennifer Shapiro Friday 3/11/2022 at which time she said she was calling me about my tax return. She told me they had filed my return already even though I had not sent them signed documents they requested first. I asked her why they had filed my return already and she accused me of wanting to argue with her. (Why can't I ask a question about my return?) She also accused me of yelling at her. I told her I was in my car and was talking loud enough so she could hear me. Because I get a lot of complaints about people not being to hear me when I am on my car phone. I also have some hearing lose in my left ear. Miss Shapiro was very rude and hung up on me. I don't appreciate that type of service especially when I am paying this company a LOT of money to help me with my tax situation. I called and spoke to the customer service manager, and he said that he would address the situation and send me his direct contact information, which I have not received yet. Resolution Sought Address Miss Shapiro and let her know that it is not about her and let her know she needs to work on her customer service skills. She never knows what a client may be going through. And we are paying your company to help us not get into confrontations. Unfortunately, my rating for this company at this time is not very good.
