Saying that they are going into my account I never used this people before there phone number is 888-431-7158

I was called by the number (615)478-6077. In a voicemail, an automated message claiming to be xfinity told me to call the number (877)274-4416 to get 50 off all of my bills even though I do not have an xfinity account attached to my name, ss# or phone number. I called the second number to make sure it wasn't xfinity because I was not entirely sure if my number was put on my mothers account (it wasn't) and instead of the normal xfinity greeting, I was given three options and then sent directly to a person in a different country who attempted to get my information.
