Do not hire these people

Tekniton -5046 Commercial Cir, Ste F, Concord, CA 94520 I made an appointment through Costco. Tech person showed up reeking of pot - not yesterday's pot, not pot in his clothes, but he was smoking it on the way here. I could smell it through my mask. I am also a former professional in the drug enforcement business, so not a mistake. I called Costco. They called Samsung. They told me to call the company. I had already spoken to that girl. They are not worth bothering with. I could have reported him DUI. Costco/Samsung should do something about this. Do not hire them if you have a choice. Follow-up: Samsung uses this company. I had to have them come out again. They did not show up on 3/30/22. I asked for a supervisor twice. No one answers the phone. No one calls back. Shut them down.

Close and go away.

Planned service call for 12/7/2021 between 9:00 and 1:PM. No show, no call, and no one answered the phone. No reason to be in business. CLOSE AND GO AWAY
