The mobile dock height refrigeration unit was GREAT!

I rented a mobile dock height refrigeration unit on a chassis. The equipment itself was GREAT, however customer service can improve. Prior to delivery of the unit, I contacted Temporary Kitchens 123, Inc. to ask them what kind of power was required for the unit. The woman did not understand nor did she know. She sent me a link that did not work, and I had a difficult time obtaining the information I needed. Also, when it came time to pick up the unit, they came in a truck that was not suitable for the unit. They forgot to bring the same type of truck that they delivered it in, and had to return the next day for it. Temporary Kitchens 123 Inc. could improve on their communication between drivers to prevent delays or any issues in the future.

We found Temporary Kitchens 123 Inc through advertisement. They were able to work within our schedule time frame. They provided us with a commercial cooking kitchen and dishing washing unit. They were willing to work with me on situations that came about. We would recommend them.
