Google promotes ads for this scam
They have their link above the official state link. They charge you $35 to fill out a form, and that does not pay for the application of that form. After they charge you, it gives you a notice saying they're not a government entity. Sleazy!

Business Consumer Alliance urges caution. Global Digital Solutions, LLC operates multiple websites offering to streamline Department of Motor Vehicle Services. This company is not owned by or affiliated with any state or government agency. BCA has received multiple complaints from consumers alleging the company deceptively charges to complete DMV services but fails to deliver services or refunds. Consumers have reported they believe they are completing official DMV services on the company's multiple websites only to find out they are purchasing prefilled forms and instructions on completing driver's license renewal, applications, and similar DMV services. The GDS websites viewed by BCA disclose their services are for informational and educational purposes and they do not have the authority to complete any State DMV services for the user. We were unable to locate an address for Global Digital Solutions, LLC or confirm their corporation filing. The company only offers a phone number, 866-821-8694, and an admin@ email address as contact. The number appears to reach persons outside of the US.Contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles for forms and information on completing services. They will be able to provide the most accurate up to date information, answer any questions and schedule appointments if needed.
