Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I'm really hard to please, but I was amazed.

Lisa is a dream come true! People today are quick to give you the OKEE-DOKEE, not Lisa. She's the first legal contact that carried through on everything she said she was going to do. She didn't take any crap from the bank and was like a pit-bull, she wouldn't let up! She was on top of everything. I was truly blessed the day I hired her. I'm really hard to please, but I was amazed. Lisa, thank you, thank you! P.S. YOU DA BOMB!!!!
