Customer Service

I requested an order be cancelled (the day after I placed order) because I realized that I chose the wrong size. Customer service contacted me within minutes, and the cancellation was taken care of. My first experience with The Chivery was very positive. I did order the correct size, and will update my review when I receive the product.

do not expect satisfactory issue resolution from their website

Though I am satisfied with the product I purchased, I ordered 2 and recieved 1. The qualification to see if I am a human (enter the numbers you see in the picture) NEVER got a passing score, and I even tried the audio version multiple times. Tried to log into my account (registered using a generic password I use all the time for such things) -Invalid username or password tried to create a new account "That email is already registered" Forgot my password link -that email address is not found All this would not piss me off so much if there was a phone number to call, but they do not list one I could find on their website anywhere. Had I know this would happen I would have never ordered. I have a nephew I have to scramble to shop for as I have no way to sort this out in time for his big day. Very disappointed with my shopping exprience. They have so many resolution links that end in a dead end with no way to tell them about it. Did they sudenly realize " we have had ZERO customer complaints in 6 months when we had hundreds before. We must be doing something perfect now". and not look into it. Is it someone trying to impress the boss with lack of customer complaints? All I know is I am dis-satisfied with no way to let them know.
