I bought a credit repair help called Lambo Package in which Mike Rando done videos "fastest credit repair on the planet". When my credit score did not go up in 30 days as Jarad my "coach" said he said give it up to 90 days. Still no improvement. I was told no refund because I paid for education not repair. Supposedly Elite Deletions is the credit repair but found out that's a fake cover up. I want a refund. I also think he is a fraud and needs investigated Resolution Sought Refund my $3000

We do not provide any services, we solely provide education content. The client made a purchase on 4/24/21 in the amount of $2700.00 for an online Credit Education Platform. Client was given access to the purchased education immediately on 4/24/21. The client was required to initial and sign, in understanding that "The (CGU) does not provide any services. (CGU) solely provides educational content. All services are provided by our third-party bendors." The signed agreement was required by client before making any purchase. The client also was required to sign, in understanding, our refund policy: "All digital products are excluded from the 100% money back guarantee and are non-refundable." I have enclosed copy to BCA for review, of the signed DocuSign, the IP location of both signees, and proof that she benefitted from the digital education purchase. If this complaint is in regards to any services provided by the third-party vendors, the client needs to reach out to the third party vendor. They will be happy to assist in any service-related questions or concerns the client may have. FTC just files injunctions against this Company. All I want is my money back! This company is a fraud! They owned their so called Elite Deletions and called it selling credit education. Their elite deletions did not reside in Atlanta. I went to their building in Atlanta and there was no such business. I demand a refund but since the FTC raided them probably wont get it
