ThinkToner exceeds my expectations with the turnaround time to getting our product. We have been using their services for a year now. They have awesome prices which is the reason we switched. John will make multiple phone calls to us to clarify product. He does a good job. He definitely follow ups. He calls us when we are running low, to place a new order, or to see if the order was delivered on time and if we got what we needed. He makes sure we receive an invoice and finds out if everything looks okay. He has great customer service, is very friendly and personable. You can tell he cares about his customers. He knows what he is doing and seems like he loves his job.

10 Year of Great Service!

I have been using ThinkToner services for 10 years. John is quick and convenient. He keeps everything on file. All I have to do is tell him the name of the toner and he gets it shipped the very next day. His prices are really good as well. He is old school which is great to see and represents good customer service. He is also friendly. His follow up is immediate and he will call in the morning or afternoon to find out if the toner arrived on time. I certainly would recommend him.
