Unsolicited phone calls.

Unsolicited call received, caller was very rude and stated that apparently I didn't give 'a crap'.

had a communications problem

The problem was resolved by my agent calling me as soon their telephone system was up and running again, that was 6:00 a.m. their time, other than this hiccup, they have been beyond helpful, personable and friendly. I was told this would never happen again and I believe my agent 100.
