On December 23rd, a little after 4:00 pm, I stood at the counter but never got served.
On December 23rd, a little after 4:00 pm, I stood at the counter but never got served. Four employees behind the counter were working, but not busy and not moving very fast. It was clear that I wasn't a priority, so l left. Provide the level of customer service they used to. If I could choose no stars I would.

Charge only the advertised price
This is this second occasion where I was charged a price higher than the menu advertised price. When I asked for a correction on both occasions I was told that they just changed there prices and haven't updated the menu pricing
