Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Great customer service!!!

Amazing customer service. Have worked with me to resolve any issues that I have had. Spent a lot of time with me over the phone and via FaceTime to help me set up something I couldn't figure out. Worked with the manufacturer when something not fixable to quickly resolve my issue. Will definitely use them again for my next piece of equipment knowing that everything will be covered if there are any issues. Much appreciated and hard to find this level of customer service anymore. Thanks for going above and beyond.
