Great customer service!!!

Amazing customer service. Have worked with me to resolve any issues that I have had. Spent a lot of time with me over the phone and via FaceTime to help me set up something I couldn't figure out. Worked with the manufacturer when something not fixable to quickly resolve my issue. Will definitely use them again for my next piece of equipment knowing that everything will be covered if there are any issues. Much appreciated and hard to find this level of customer service anymore. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Superior Sales and Customer Support

I bought my Schwinn AC Power back in 2020, I still recall what a great buying (sales experience) I had. Today, I contacted the team for support. They (Francis) got back to me within a couple of hours via email. I replied with a question. To save us both time, Francis proactively called me back. He listed to my issue and concerns and quickly zeroed in on the root cause of my problem; it was a user issue, I was calibrating my bike improperly. Within minutes, the problem was solved! I can not recommend Total Body Experts enough: great price, efficient onboarding, and superior support. Really, you can't ask for more.
