Total Incompetence with the Lifeline Program

Been more than two months trying to get my Lifeline Phone. I am clearly well below the income limit, but they (still don't know who's incompetence is holding this up- SafeLink or TX Lifeline) still can't do the simple check that they clearly say they do. Dozens of different people with different stories and excuses. Either fraud or complete incompetence. Only 1/5th of the people eligible for the Lifeline program actually are enrolled. And it's because of the way this is done. No reason for people to have to do any of this. They already have your records. I'm not giving up on the this. May seek legal aid.

Deleted plan. Paid greater than plan advertisement.

Deleted plan. Paid greater than plan advertisement. voice mail password was different then pass word create. Two mobile service company made more than three problem for. Two phone lines.
