STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY & PRAY YOU NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM!!!

I had never heard of Trexis until one of their clients pulled out in front of me and wrecked my car. When I went to get my car repaired it took months of searching to even find anyone willing to work with this insurance company. One car repair company even told me that Trexis was THE ONLY INSURANCE COMPANY THEY WON'T WORK WITH, which says a lot! After finally finding a company that would work with Trexis, they ended up totaling out my car. The Trexis agent I spoke with, after waiting on hold for an hour and a half (which is how long it took everytime I called them), when settling out my claim was very rude and unprofessional. They totaled my car out mid-day on Wednesday and told me I had to turn in the rental car that I was provided by Friday. I told him I would be carless and asked if he could please extend the rental out until Monday so that I could look for something over the weekend since I'm at work during the day, but was told no. After explaining that it would be impossible for me to find a car within the next 48 hours, mind you I hadn't received the money to even buy another car, he told me several times that "YOU ARE NOT OUR CUSTOMER AND WE TECHNICALLY DON'T OWE YOU ANYTHING!!" I have never experienced such horrible, disrespectful customer service from a company, much less a company that was expected to take care of me since THEIR client totaled MY car. Not to mention the settlement department was supposed to call me that same day to finalize my settlement, yet here it is 24 hours later and no one has called. When on the phone with the rude agent I asked for him to transfer me to the settlement department, which he claimed he had no way of doing. When I asked for a direct number, he put me on hold for 10 minutes then came back and told me he didn't know the number. So as of tomorrow I will officially be carless and won't have my settlement money from Trexis, which I need to buy another car!! This entire experience with them has been a nightmare! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there totalling out cars based on false damages and auctioning them

trexis insurance Is the worst I had a illegal un licensed un insured driver rear end my mercedez dec 23 2019 a adjuster came to my house after waiting a week tow truck came last time i ever saw my beautiful car again. i was in the middle of a divorce my husbands name was on my car but we were both on the policy. the adjuster stated aprox 3400 total estimate ok i agree so how did it become totaled the car was valused almost 12 000 they started reading off damamges that didnt exsist not even on their photos online. there crooked theifes and im not going to stop spreading the truth about them. i recived NOTHING in return from them not evev for being in the accident they also failed to inform me my husband has his girlfreind on our policy hummmm shady i was the wife the rightful owner yall robbed me of the only thing i was to be awarded in my divorce . i was abused for 8 years by him he had a baby during our marriage he had 2 other new cars why did you have to do this to me ive been wallking for over a year now ALONE no car the whole ordeal was tramatizing . i cant even see a car like mine with out crying . then u had to auction it off cheap to another country why not to me . yall are the worst company rude and michael taylor out in franklin office is a real A hole and the one who read at he the 2nd estimate with all these made up damages and when i disagreed i had to yell over him to even be heard. he threatened to repo my car idiot didnt even know where it was and not to mention hes not the lein holder either so who he trying to repo or was it because yall jumped the gun and paid off the car and had no way to fix it with out lying and making up damages that i can prove NEVER exsisted i happen to also know at the same time the auction mthey used was racking in my exact same cars all over the usa. 2013 white mercedez 250 c but mine was in great comdition. looked brand new.. crooked
